Processing Time: Orders placed before 12PM EST on a business day will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates: Shipping Rates vary depending on carrier and expedited shipping services. We work with our vendors to provide the best shipping rates for our customers.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or countries other than the USA. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Molding Genie purchase. We guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects and shipping damage. Please contact our customer service team if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We offer refunds and exchanges on damaged and defective goods. If you are unsure whether your purchase fits into this category, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.

- Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

3. Exchanges

- If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.

- Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to report any defects or damages and arrange for an exchange.
